We believe Energy is a critical resource, more critical than time.

The key to high performance and extraordinary results is in the ability to manage personal energy in allits dimension: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Since that, we want to ensure holistic approach, where all the players (individuals, line managers and the company) contribute to ensure a highly flexible, inspiring and healthy place to work. This comes with awareness and knowledge programs such as trainings on stress management, on time pressure handling and similar, but also with specific events and programs created to ensure high flexibility within the work environment and effectiveness of work and personal time. “The interest of the company and individual are inseparable”, this is the reason why P&Gers can choose from several alternatives to meet business targets while taking into account the personal needs and desires.

 

Well-being Journey

In 2008 we introduced the Well-being Journey program in Central Europe South with several programs in different topics that vary country by country based on the local need, opportunities and the size of the local organization.

The program included such themes as eye check, office massage, stress-level measuring, blood tests, vaccination day, quitting smoking, etc. Office massage and fruits are available in the offices, while we have sport clubs (team sports, swimming, dancing, etc.) or sport/culture benefit in some countries. P&Gers get discount at gyms and/or the Company rents sport fields for teams of employees.
